Ok so the cat's out of the bag! I've been dying to share with all of you the very exciting day I had about a month or so ago, and now that the issue's out - it's sharing time. The overly nice and gracious kids at Paper Magazine invited us to participate in their social networking story for the May issue, and of course I went running. I could never have imagined a day so full of fun, fashion and yes, networking, among a really cool group of peers.

The whole idea was that we're doing so much networking online and over phones/blackberries etc, that we don't even acknowledge each other. So we all have our own little devices which we use to communicate with the rest of the world and we're so engrossed in them we don't notice the fellow social networkers beside us. Fun right? Well we did get nice and cozy for a final shot complete with me lying on the floor, hugs, high fives and dress oggling.

I had the pleasure of being styled by the brilliant Martha Violante (she's the one who taught me all about the ballet top knot and how to get it right), she got my look dead on, of course with a few fashionable additions (ie Miu Miu and Chanel sigh). Honestly I never felt so cool in my life. Really. Thanks Martha.
