Tonight's Emmy's brought lots of glitz and glamour to the red carpet. What I love about the TV crowd is that they usually go old school with their glam and there are fewer dont's than at most shows. One-shouldered gowns, full skirts and 1920's inspirations (including Art-Deco for the lovely Mrs. Draper) were the big winners of the night...Check out a few...
OMG, OMG, OMG...and I never use that acronym. But I have no other words to describe last night's Council of Fashion Designers of America Awards.
Fashionistas, models, celebrities, reality stars, socialites and of course designers galore. The CFDA's is probably my favorite night in fashion, it's not as costumey (pun intended) as the MET Ball and much cooler than the Oscars, and of course we are all about the cool kids.
Take a look at the complete list of last night's winners below - including Alexander Wang whose Gap CFDA collection hits stores today (already ordered the whole thing online!)...and after the jump see who wore what last night!
Board of Director's Special Tribute - Michelle Obama
Womenswear Designer of the Year - Rodarte's Laura and Kate Mulleavy
Menswear Designer of the Year - A tie between Calvin Klein's Italo Zucchelli and Band of Outsiders' Scott Sternberg

...stay tuned for the men of the CFDA Awards
Forget the Oscars, Golden Globes and Emmy's...the MET Costume Institute Gala is the place to be for the most fashionable red carpet looks.
Hosted by Marc Jacobs, Kate Moss and Justin Timberlake, this year's "Model as Muse" Gala has to be the most style filled event of the year.
From glam ball gowns to mini sequin dresses, to some serious disasters (we'll get to that next), the red carpet was a who's who of fashion and Hollywood.
Oh and did I mention models? Sure most fashion events bring out loads of the slender and tall fashionistas, but with the Model as Muse theme, it was like a model safari - even bringing out our early 90s favorites Cindy Crawford, Paulina Poriskova and Claudia Schiffer. It's like the George Michael Freedom video all over again.
So here go the best of the best...stay tuned for the Oh No moments, trust me there were quite a few...
Pretty interesting week fashion wise. Seemed like Eva Mendes and Scarlett Johansson were on an endless promotional tour for their new movie The Spirit, and they did in some serious style. Felt like a week for blacks, greys, metallics and darks in general except for Eva Mendes with her bright pink and bright yellow looks... So who do you think did it best this week?? I think I'm going with Sienna - I really just think she can do very little wrong (in fashion, not life clearly!)...

We are certainly making up for lost time this week... so many events, so many little black dresses...
I like the revolving door of celebrities... like the last two weeks we had Nicole Richie at every party, this week we're having some more NY based events so seeing more of Michelle Williams, Heidi Klum and Rachel Weisz...
I'm personally loving Heidi Klum's new hair...thoughts?
Everyone is wearing jackets, scarves, drinking warm coffee instead of iced and it's making me all giddy for Fall. In the midst of planning my weekend of pumpkin and apple picking I almost forgot that October is Halloween month! In a panic I've just visited my local Ricky's costume store...
What to do?? Sexy Starbucks Barista? Slutty Snow White? Slutty Rat? Slutty Raggedy Ann? Or Adult Baby?
These are the ridiculous costume possibilities at the costume store. So I figured let's take this lovely fall day to look back at some of the celeb costumes from the past few years... and see if we can't figure out what I should be for Halloween!!!
Heidi Klum, Seal, Anne Hathaway, Britney Spears etc etc etc after the jump...
