Apparently Preen got the memo of my early 90s obsession and decided to dress Cindy Crawford for an event in London.
Mandy Moore wore the same Preen dress back in October.
This is a very tough call...
As adorable as I think Mandy Moore is I have to go with Cindy Crawford at all times...sorry but she was in the Freedom video
