So if I say the name Debbie Hunt, does that mean anything to you guys? No? Yes? Maybe? That's disappointing gang, I expected more from you.
For those of you who've never seen the poster child of grunge 90s classic Singles (one of my favorite movies of all time) I'll explain. Debbie Hunt = Sheila Kelley. Sheila Kelley = Debbie Hunt.

"come to debbie country..."
Now, why am I telling you this? I guess it just serves as a fun little trivia segway to talk about Sheila's amazing, body changing work out S Factor. Now many of you may not know this, but aside from celebrity fashion, random 90s trivia and an undying love of face wash - I'm also totally obsessed with working out. Well more specifically trying fun different types of work outs. And Sheila Kelley's S Factor fits right in.

More about sexy S Factor after the jump.
In case you've been living under a rock (and by living under a rock I mean not reading US Weekly or Life & Style) S Factor is Sheila Kelley's much raved about pole dancing workout. Yes, you read that right, pole dancing. She developed the workout while preparing for a role as a, well you guessed it, stripper. And has sworn by it ever since. It mixes elements from ballet, yoga and "exotic dancing" for apparently a very fun, very sexy, very empowering workout. With a slew of celeb friends endorsing the risqué routine, Sheila's S Factor has become a super sensation. J.Lo, Teri Hatcher, Kate Hudson, Jennifer Love Hewitt and Heather Graham (how good does she look lately?) have all gotten into stripper shape with S Factor.
She has three locations in NYC (9 countrywide), but for those of you lucky bastards heading to the beach this summer, S Factor's going with you. For two weekends only (August 6-8 and August 13-15), S Factor will be hosting classes at the Hamptons Gym Corp Southampton Gym. What better way to get bikini, and late night activity, ready??
Head over to sfactor.com and sign up soon - I guarantee you those classes will fill up quickly. Who knows, maybe you'll run into Kate Hudson or pole dance with J.LO!
I love a workout that's a little bit different and not your usual step/aerobics type of things so this is right up my alley. But I have to say I'm really nervous to try my first S Factor class next week! Have you guys ever tried a pole dancing work out? Any helpful tips on how to not fall off the pole?
On another note - Reality Bites is currently on TV. Just saying.
And don't worry - Sheila hasn't abandoned acting completely - she was killed by Flocke on the last season of Lost.

S Factor rocks and so will you! Just have fun and let yourself go...dont worry, they will catch you!
