Day 2 was decidedly more colorful than day 1. Florals, purples and I'm starting to think that mustard may in fact be emerging as the color of the season.

So let's get down to business! Who gets your vote for Top Gun honors of 2009? zoe, sienna, emma, ashley, diane or alexa?

We all know I'm just waiting for the temperature to rise a little tiny bit so I can put my boyfriend khakis on, and not take them off all summer. Kristen Bell wore my favorite look of the season to last night's Armani Exchange watch launch in LA. She paired her khakis with an ikat print 3.1 Phillip Lim blouse. This one is definitely going up for the weekly roundup vote!
This has to be one of my favorite looks I've seen this week.

If you're life is anything like mine at the moment your social calendar mainly consists of bridal showers, baby showers and bachelorette parties. With many of my friends getting married and some babies on the way it seems that my upcoming dance card is filled with tea parties.
Not to worry though, looks like tea dresses are making a gigantic come back and come in all colors, shapes and sizes. Now since I'm counting the minutes to some spring like weather, it's nice to see so many florals and bright colors. For now they will need to be accessorized with a nice pair of tights (seriously I'm getting sick of it, I know it's unheard of but I can't take tights anymore!) and maybe some booties. I'm kind of hoping to take my tea dress away from the tea salon and wear it out to dinner, think I can pull it off?1. Urban Outfitters MINKPINK Floral Strapless Dress. $88. www.urbanoutfitters.com

It's dull, dreary, cloudy and rainy here in New York. Clearly this is affecting my moods and the kind of looks I'm liking today.
I'm a bit bitter at all the California girls who are already getting to flaunt their Spring closet additions. Will there ever be a day to wear sandals again??
Enjoy some rain friendly looks and more...
Blame it on Time Warner, or the rain...but I had little to no internet access last week.
Making up for lost time is nearly impossible in these conditions, but I'm willing to give it a try...
Let's see how last week finished up before voting?...

Ok, if you haven't joined StyleCaster yet...it's imperative you do so immediately.
It's like Facebook on crack, mixing in a dose of Style.com and The Sartorialist. Everything you could possibly want from a fashion site, all in one and personalized to fit your style needs.
Daily looks coordinated with your local weather so you can avoid that morning dressing stress (styled by some of the same girls that dress your favorite celebs), backstage fashion week videos, interviews, networking with equally fashionable friends, shopping, fashion & celeb news...intrigued? obviously, but you won't know until you try right? I'm getting withdrawal shakes just from being away for a minute.

After years of flying under the Hollywood radar, it seems Jordana Brewster is finally getting the attention she deserves. And we're not complaining, she's beautiful, talented and has fantastic fashion sense (of course it doesn't hurt her mom is an ex Brazilian super model). She's been doing the Fast and the Furious (what is it now number 5?) premiere circuit thing, flying all over the world to promote her new film and doing it in incredible style. Here she is at the film's Russian premiere wearing a floor length sequin Reem Acra gown. Don't you just hate those people who can pull off any look possible? I hope this movie makes her a household name, after all, us Brazilians need to stick together!
